The OneMapX website, applications, and APIs (collectively, the “Service”) located at onemapx.com are operated as a product by Mapvidia, an individual-operated business based in the United States (“OneMapX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1. Access and Use

Subject to these Terms, OneMapX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

1.1 Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it to build a competing product.

2. Authentication

The Service uses third-party authentication providers such as Google. We do not store user passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of data and files you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant OneMapX a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

4. Temporary Data Processing

Uploaded data is processed on our servers and stored temporarily to operate the Service. Files are not associated with user accounts and are removed during routine service operations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive, or that interferes with the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEMAPX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
